A VIP Design Day allows you to book me for an entire day, where I’m completely immersed in your brand, and dedicated to you + your design alone! 

VIP Design Days are perfect for the online entrepreneur ready to elevate (or create) your website efficiently + effectively. 

What We Can Cover In A Day: 

A typical VIP Design Day allows me to craft or redesign at least 3 pages (1000-2000 words) in one day . If you have a 5-8 page website or need additional graphic support, we can typically complete that in two to three days (when we work together on a VIP day, we can always add another day on for you if we realize it’s needed)

Although the VIP day moves quickly and there are no guaranteed revision rounds, please note that for the majority of 5-7 page websites I’ve created, clients request little to no changes… (just sayin!) 

 

How Does a VIP Website Design Day Work? 

Throughout the entire process, consider me your partner-in-design-crime ;) 

I’ll make sure you feel taken care of and guided, starting now!

 

Every VIP Design Day Includes 

  • Pre-intensive client homework, so that we’re ready to kick off right away on the VIP day

  • A kick-off call to review homework and set expectations for the day of the intensive

  • 7 hours of implementation work on the day-of intensive (you need to be available via Slack for feedback and check-ins!)

  • 30 days of post-intensive follow-up and support for any last-minute questions

Communicating Throughout the Day: 

Throughout the VIP Day, we’ll communicate every couple of hours through Slack, where you’ll see the progress being made on your design (and be able to give me real-time feedback!)

I  highly recommend that you select a day where you don’t have a lot of calls or time-sensitive work so you can be fully present during our time together and make the most of it. 

 

What Can A VIP Day Be Used For? 

VIP Design Days are perfect for:

→ Website refresh or redesign for a 5-8 page website (many clients who need a design overhaul invest in 2 VIP days)
→ Small 4 page website (home, about, services, contact) or use of one of my templates
→ Laundry list of website edits (changing copy, images, adding testimonials, uploading blog posts, etc)
→ Long-form sales page design (25000-4000 words)

After the Day: 

At the end of the VIP day(s), you’ll receive a short video walkthrough of how to make simple changes on your own. You also have 30 days of post-VIP Day email support to ask any questions that arise.  

Investment

The cost is $3,000 per day, and you can book your spot with a 50% deposit or choose to pay in full. The remaining balance is due three days before the intensive.

Need 2 VIP design days? Save $500 on your second intensive and get behavioral analysis + up to 1 extra hour of changes for free.

  • A VIP design day or day rate is a 7 hour intensive where I work solely with you to either redo your website or help you complete a list of website edits. Think of it as a super efficient way to get your website updated!

  • If you’re an online business owner determined to elevate your online presence through impactful website design, odds are you can get something out of the VIP Design Day! But some of the “telltale” signs that it may be time to upgrade the design of your website are feelings that your website isn’t “professional” or “you” enough or a low conversion rate. Due to the nature of this offer, you'll need to be able to make quick and concise decisions on feedback.

  • It’s all about scope - depending on if we're starting from scratch or completely overhauling copy and design of an existing website! Rather than thinking about things in terms of deliverables, the VIP day is about you receiving 7 hours of my pure attention and design time. That said, I typically get 2-3 longer pages or 4-5 shorter pages done in one day. I may be able to cover more, depending on how we progress throughout the day! If you choose a layout from my template shop, we can complete 4-5+ pages.

  • Think of website design as laying the rock-solid SEO foundation for you to build upon for years to come (SEO is a long game, girl!). During our day together, your website will be optimized for SEO, which includes taking the keywords from your copy and integrating them into core areas of your website, such as the meta description and title tags. All images are resized and renamed (yes, even for photographers with 200+ images). There’s no guarantee that your website will rank with this work alone, but sometimes it can (see below).

  • Before our day together, all you need to do is complete a questionnaire, gather your brand photos, prepare your copy, and supply any other branded visuals. Having all of this together before our time will ensure we’re fully maximizing your return on investment!

  • No problem! I’m here to support you, friend!

    If you have no current branding and would like to spend part of your VIP Day solidifying a basic visual brand (color palette and fonts) we can do that! This will take a couple hours of your VIP day experience, and the remainder of the day could be dedicated to designing as much as we can in the time together.

    If you desire a full branding experience (or rebranding!), complete with logo, color, fonts, moodboard, favicon, brand elements, graphics and more, I’d recommend a complete VIP Day dedicated to that alone.

  • While I do not offer copywriting as a service, I do provide my clients with content planners which include prompts for each section of the core pages of your website (home, about, services, etc) if they want to redo their entire site. I also have trusted professional copywriters I can refer you to for projects!
